When we first envisioned Bandar Tasek Mutiara, we wanted to create a township that embodied the communities of old where people were the foundation.

To do this, we designed Bandar Tasek Mutiara to be a place that provided security, comfort, accessibility and lifestyle fulfilment. Its central location affords residents immeasurable convenience with established facilities situated within the township itself.

Bandar Tasek Mutiara is destined to become the next administrative, residential and commercial hub in Seberang Perai Selatan.

Launched in 1996, the township is the flagship project of Pembangunan Bandar Mutiara Sdn Bhd (PBMSB), a subsidiary of Mutiara Goodyear Development Bhd.

OUR HISTORY

Mutiara Goodyear Development Berhad came into being as a result of a joint partnership between Goodyear Management Group and Harun Faudzar Group, following a series of acquisitions and joint ventures.

The corporatization of PBMSB served to create the foundation of the present day Mutiara Group.
